Using Hackathons to Shape Youth-Focused Projects

Hackathons can be an effective way of engaging young people directly, identifying the challenges they face and generating ideas for new initiatives. As part of CareerBoost, hackathons were organised in Greece, Malta and Poland to explore the challenges young people and youth organisations encounter when engaging with EU opportunities. Their input subsequently helped shape the practical CareerBoost resources available on this platform.
