CareerBoost strengthens the employability of marginalised youth by equipping youth organisations with the knowledge, tools, and networks needed to benefit from EU programmes. Through a digital handbook, worksheets, capacity-building activities, success stories, and the creation of a cross-border network, the project bridges the awareness gap and promotes inclusion.
