Overview
CareerBoost is an Erasmus+ project designed to empower youth organisations across Europe to enhance the employability and inclusion of marginalised youth. Many young people—especially those from rural, socio-economically disadvantaged, or remote backgrounds—struggle to access EU opportunities simply because youth organisations lack sufficient knowledge about the broad range of EU programmes that exist beyond Erasmus+.
CareerBoost addresses this challenge by developing practical resources, building a transnational support network, documenting success stories, and creating an online collaboration platform. Through this approach, the project supports marginalised youth receive better guidance, and access to meaningful opportunities.
